Seattle Mariners - Kingdome

Did you know some of the peculiarities of this baseball city?

Aug 31, 1986

This was our final stop on the week`s west coast tour prior to taking the midnight air express back to the East. Great scenery around here like Mount Rainier and the Mount Olympia National Park. Picture below of McRory`s Whiskey Bar, was also visited and it was actually just as depicted.

Seattle Mariners - Safeco Field

Sept 17, 2004

The park is a great start on a renewal project for an industrial part of town. Edgar Martinez approaches the end of an outstanding career and Ichiro Suzuki set a season record for most singles at this game. Be careful not to spill your Kettle Corn when the train whistles blow from the tracks just behind the right field seats. Much more of a "baseball" feel here than in the old dome.
