Major League Baseball Trip (1988)
Central US States
Game 1, Inn 9

The Central States: At this time we are completing the circuit. All of the current ballparks at that time will have been visited. Take a close look at the dates here, as we were very fortunate to have a schedule that would allow us a minimum of time with a weeks R&R before our last ballpark. (The Dream is Complete! ... or so we thought).

There was some real excitement on this trip. Well planned beforehand, so much so, that we really have to THANK a particular boss that took our schedule and to our surprise and joy presented us with tickets for this particular inning.
Amazingly our plans held up, with no disruptions, and with hours to spare in many instances.
In completing this original 26 team visit, all games were played as scheduled.

At this point having seen a game in each of the home parks of the twenty-six teams, the dream was complete. With new teams added and ballparks replaced, we were forced into extra innings.
