Shark Valley Trail

Coopertown, Florida

Shark Valley Trail meanders thru the Florida Everglades.
The trail is very flat but you are within the Florida everglades which enable you to get real close to nature. Watch out for the alligators though. For biking it is not really that exciting but being that close to nature and the animals within does not happen often enough

John`s Recollections

Bike trail also has a tram that takes tourists on a oval drive thru the everglades. A ramp to the lookout gives you a true perspective of this terrain. Never attacked by an alligator but was fortunate to see some of Florida`s birds.

Well paved flat pathway

The Shark Valley Tramway Nature abounds, especially those that fly Easy biking, walking etc. Not many curves to negotiate Few areas go thru shrubs, mostly grassy swamp Trail cuts right thru Everglades Common appearance of the bike trail One can see for miles & miles from mid point tower Look at another type of bird, very common
