Armstrong Air & Space Museum - Wapakoneta, Ohio
The Armstrong Air and Space Museum is one of the nation’s premier aerospace museums. The museum shares the story of Neil Armstrong and all Ohioans who have attempted to defy gravity. The museum opened on July 20, 1972, just the third anniversary of the lunar landing. The museum itself is designed to resemble a futuristic moon base. It is most beautiful when viewed at dusk.
WACO Aircraft Museum - Troy, Ohio
