On the intercoastal waterway. Views are excellent, and the prices can't be beat. Don't wear a suit & tie. Something about this place makes me return often just to make sure they are still there, have the same seats, and a cold beer to quench my thirst. It is however the chowder, the hamburgers and the shrimp plates that really provide that incentive. Wish I was still in the area so that I could go more often.
John`s Recollections
Seafood Gumbo or just a super Burger make this place one to visit. Mind you, being able to sit within inches of the Intercoastal and view the yachts and pleasure ships dock, or cruise by does help. Ended up being my favorite on a long term assignment in the area and as years pass by, a special efforts are made to return when in Miami / Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale area.
