Biloxi is quite new for many, but by introducing the Casino it has helped to develop the area. Many visitors visit the waterfront casino area but it has also a great beach and is close to New Orleans. If you step on the beach then perhaps you will have a relationship to Katrina.
John`s Recollections
Quite a change from Vegas, but interesting in it's own right. All Casino's are on the water (literally). Unfortunately, Katrina did not bypass most of them, but construction is almost complete as all have been rebuilt. This is a pre Katrina look at Biloxi, with its` lighthouse and beautiful homes lining the oceanfront. The area is so beautiful that one must believe it will return to the grandeur of yesterday.
