John's Comments
Soon after leaving Torrey and past the Capital Reek National Park, the drive took on a look that was expected. Most of the roads were very flat and straight as an arrow. The terrain reminded one of what dry desert lands should appear as. Once in a while there were some rock formations but overall it was quite flat. Leaving Bicknell however we did skirt the perimeter of the Capital Reef National Park.
John`s Recollections
Expected scenery for most of this drive. Sagebrush in a desert type landscape most of the drive. Near Bicknell the Capitol Reef National Park provides a picturesque surrounding.
